We are more than number crunchers…

Personally, I know what it’s like to face adversity and I know what it’s like to dream. My journey started as a single mother with a part-time bookkeeping job. There were many stops along the way, but my heart is for the woman who excels at living the life God imagined—whether she’s recognized by others or not.

It has been my joy to build this business from the ground up. My favorite part of DecisionGrid is being able to see the growth and confidence in our team. This results in my having the privilege to see our clients receive the benefit of a team that isn't afraid to grow, learn and engage in meaningful work.
